OfficeLabs

OfficeLabs is an AI assistant built directly into LibreOffice. It reads your live document through the LibreOffice UNO API, plans the task, asks before executing, and applies changes in place.

How it works

OfficeLabs ships as a fork of LibreOffice with an embedded AI sidebar. The sidebar opens in Writer, Calc and Impress, reads the document through the UNO API, and talks to a small background service on your machine that carries out the work in your document with a set of document tools. The AI itself runs in the cloud, reached through your OfficeLabs account; the local service only operates the document. See Agent tools for the list.
